事情要回到昨天晚上。

昨天晚上我们一车人去吃晚饭，按我平常的方式从宿舍门口坐拐出去了，左拐是个单行道，只有10米的样子就到大路，虽然违反交通规则，但是还是觉得比较愿意的。因为如果右拐的话要多走200米的路。

昨天晚上真不巧，就刚刚左拐才5米当头来了个学校security的车子，然后开车的看到我就马上把车子熄火关掉大灯挡在路上了。我一看情况不妙，假装去停车，最后我停了好久没停好，security的车子就移开了。然后我就猛地冲了出去。 当时没感觉不妙，就当没事。

今天早晨我起来一打开电脑收到phill的email，原文如下：

“Dear Mr Huang,
� � � � � � � � � � � Your vehicle V62LKK was seen leaving Highfield Road at 1810 hr last night against the one way system. This is contrary to College traffic regulations but more importantly against the Road Traffic Act and this can be reported to the Police to take action. The permit issued to you was a concession not a right and as you have acted against the concession the following action will be imposed.

I must inform you that your permit is no longer valid and if your vehicle is seen on College property the vehicle will be clamped, the permit taken away and a fine imposed. Also if your vehicle is seen to be on college property acting in a similar manner again by CCTV the images will be passed to the Police for their action.

看完email就郁闷了，赶忙去看车子，果然被锁了。接下来和小赵同志到security office去交罚款，本来以为罚点钱就算了parking permit还是留给我。可是没想到去了后和小罗罗交涉了半天得到的结果是把parking permit交给他，还要罚20磅钱才能给我release car。

一时火了，感觉小罗罗没办法改变决定了，于是提出要speak to manager。在manager办公室受训30分钟后，终于manager答应keep my parking permit 而且20磅罚款也不要了。爽。


最后终结一下，发现我当时主动承认错误，意识到自己的错误所在会导致严重后果。其中一只保持改悔的决心，还promise了一通，require last chance。经理听我说是第一次，也是最后一次，于是放了我一马。不然，我的车子就没地方停了。
